WHAT IS A “PHONE-FREE SHOW”? No phones will be allowed in the performance space. This show is intended to be an unplugged, real life experience.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Upon arrival at the venue, Yondr (the phone-pouching company) will have staff available to help you put your phone in a lockable pouch which you keep throughout the night. If the option is available, we highly encourage you to print your tickets at home or bring the physical ticket with you.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND NEED TO ACCESS MY PHONE? You can unlock your phone from the pouch at any time by going to the clearly-marked Phone Use Areas located in the lobby or the concourse. See any usher or Yondr staff if you need help finding the Phone Use Areas.
WHAT ABOUT USING MY DIGITAL WALLET FOR CASHLESS CONCESSIONS OR MERCHANDISE? We highly recommend you bring a physical credit card in the event you can’t access your phone in certain location areas.
WHAT IF I WANT TO POST PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF THE SHOW ON MY SOCIALS? The tour photographer will post live photos and videos on jackwhiteiii.com and on Instagram @officialjackwhite. You can download content from the website or repost from Jack White’s Instagram page.
WHY ARE YOU MAKING THIS A “PHONE-FREE” SHOW AND IS IT MANDATORY? After producing a couple of Jack White “phone-free” shows, we are convinced this makes for a better show experience for everyone attending. This is a mandatory requirement although exemptions are made for those who rely on their phones for medical treatment.
In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer is monitoring local COVID-19 trends and will meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test.
